OUR STORY

It all begins with an idea!

Susan and I met in 2019 online through the world of wreath making and crafting. We finally got the chance to meet in person the following year at a retreat much like the one we’re offering you!

​

We quickly became best friends and formed a special friendship through wreath making! We’ve discovered through our love of crafting and our friendship that not only do we have a lot in common, but we also compliment each others strengths and weaknesses, We encourage each other to press our boundaries and skills and challenge each other to try new things and think outside the box! We love to have fun and bring out the silly in each other! We also enjoy sharing our knowledge with others and have a love for teaching.

We started attending Wreath Retreats, then became helpers at these events! Through that experience we were inspired and learned what we wanted to do to create our own unique events and this led to the creation of Crafting in the Carolina’s.

At Crafting in the Carolina's, we believe that crafting is a way of life. Our retreat is dedicated to bringing together crafters from all around the world to enjoy a weekend of inspiration, creativity, wreath making, relaxation, community and joy.

 

Our experienced instructors guide you through the process of creating beautiful wreaths and home decor that you can take home and display with pride or offer customers in your business. You will walk away from this experience with new friends, more knowledge and feeling inspired to create new and exciting decor!
