Crafting in the Carolina’s Retreat

2025 Vendor Info 

​

Vendor Fee is $125 per Vendor (1-person) – This fee is non-refundable

​

Our event is a weekend crafting event for wreath makers, crafters and small business owners. Over the course of the weekend retreat our guests learn to create wreaths and home decor.  We have approximately 30 + guests in attendance who love to shop with our Vendors.  You do not have to be craft related to be a Vendor.  We encourage all small business owners to participate 

We want to support small businesses like ours and ​we want this to be a pleasant experience for you and your business, so to help you sell your products and promote your business we have set our Vendor Fee low.

All information to be a vendor for this event is included below.

​

Vendor Fee is $125.00 per Vendor  – This fee covers your space and meals for the entire event and is non-refundable

​If you bring an assistant/helper, you/they will be responsible for covering the cost of their meals in the amount of an additional $50.00  Vendor fee only covers one person for the entire event.

​

​You are responsible for your own travel, transportation and hotel room costs and a link for the discounted hotel group rate and will be provided in your confirmation email to book your room. Hotel does offer a free shuttle if flying in.

​

​Each Vendor will receive:

  • Each Vendor space is approximately 8’X8’ (If you need a larger space please let us know, we may be able to accommodate you)

  • 1 (one) 6ft Table is provided

  • 1 chair, (1 - additional chair will be provided, if needed)

  • You can bring one additional floor display stand, no larger than 2ft wide, that will fit on either side of your table, if needed. You are responsible for your own displays and set up.

  • Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner is included with your Vendor Fee

  • Your Logo and business info will be posted on our website and all printed materials as a Vendor

  • You will be provided a graphic to help promote your participation in the event to share with your social media following

​You are responsible for securing your items at the end of each night.  Tables/Set Up can be moved into the meeting room and secured for safety once the meeting space has been set up for the next day on Thursday & Friday.

​

​All set up's must be down and packed up at the end of day Saturday.

​

Meeting space is turned back over to the hotel on Saturday at 9PM

​

​You MUST be set up and ready for shoppers by 6PM on Thursday, if arriving for Meet & Greet and 9AM on Friday and Saturday of the event.  

  • Thursday's Events are 6PM to 8PM

  • Friday's Events are 9AM to 9PM (there will be breaks for Lunch and Dinner) (there is a Crafting After Dark Theme Party after Dinner and we would like Vendors to be available for shopping)

  • Saturday's Events are 9AM to 5PM (There will be breaks for Lunch and Dinner)

​Attendee's will be given multiple opportunities to shop with Vendors throughout the 2 day event and during the Crafting After Dark Theme Party.

​

​You will be responsible for bringing your own shipping supplies (boxes, tape, labels, packing materials) in case shoppers want to ship items home. As a service to you we can drop them at the post office or UPS, if needed, as long as they are paid for, boxed and labeled in advance.

​

​We will not be responsible for the shipping costs of vendor items/sales.

​

​**If you (Vendors) will be flying in for the event and would like to ship your items ahead please reach out to Dawn at craftinginthecarolinas@gmail.com to make arrangements.  You ARE responsible for all shipping costs!

​

If you would like to be a Vendor at our event, please submit your application below. Once we have reviewed your application we will send you an acceptance email.  Your signature and payment will be due upon acceptance.  Once your signed agreement is returned you will receive a confirmation and Welcome Email with the hotel reservation info. (All emails will be coming from craftinginthecarolinas@gmail.com, please be sure to check your SPAM folder is you do not see the email.)

Vendor & Helper Fee's paid are non-refundable and must be paid at time of acceptance.

​

Once payment and information are completed you will receive a confirmation email from craftinginthecarolina@gmail.com

​

Come be a Vendor 

Once your application has been received and accepted you will receive a Vendor Agreement and Invoice for payment.  Once your signed agreement and payment have been received you will get a confirmation email to reserve your hotel room.
